Everyone is welcome in our running groups
Our running groups are open to all, regardless of experience. We divide into smaller groups based on fitness level and adjust training to match individual paces, for example by modifying intervals.

Schedule:
- Tuesdays at 6 pm
- Sometimes Thursdays / Sundays at 6 pm

Beginners welcome
New to running? It’s easier together! Our sessions are 60-75 minutes, starting with a warm-up jog and running technique drills, followed by intervals.
We recommend being able to briskly walk 30 minutes before joining. You’ll also receive tips on additional running and strength workouts.
