We offer weekly organized group training for those who wish to run with others. 

No matter your level or training goals, we adjust the sessions to fit your abilities. Training should be fun, and it's often more enjoyable and rewarding to work out with a group than alone. 

Schedule: 
  • Mondays at 6:00 PM at Heleneholms IP
    • We run together in different groups, either a 7 or 10 km route, followed by a social coffee break in the clubhouse for those who want to join. 
    • If the social aspect is just as important to you as the running, this is the day for you. You can also shorten the distance if you prefer!

  • Tuesdays at 6:00 PM in Pildammsparken
    • Training in Pildammsparken focuses on longer intervals and is perfect for those looking to push harder or fine-tune their performance for races. 
    • The session is led by a coach.

  • Saturdays at 10:00 AM
    • Ideal for those who want to run a long-distance session with others. 
    • We meet at the winter garden in Malmö Stadion (south stand).
